Logo Vectorization Services Agreement

This Agreement is between Two Birds LLC. d.b.a Bootstrap Branding ("Provider") and ("Client").

Scope of Work

Provider will manually rebuild Client's AI-generated logo into clean, editable vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator format. Deliverables include vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG) with organized layers, editable text, and scalable artwork suitable for print, web, signage, and digital use.

This agreement covers logo vectorization only. It does not include: graphic design, logo concept/redesign, poster or complex illustration vectorization, or photo tracing.

Project Timeline

• Deposit received: Project begins within 1 business day
• Completion: Typically 3-5 business days from project start
• Provider is not responsible for delays caused by Client's late responses or unclear specifications

Payment Terms

Total project fee: $250.00

• 50% deposit ($125.00) due to begin work (via QuickBooks)
• 50% final payment ($125.00) due upon delivery (via QuickBooks)

All files are delivered only after final payment is received. Invoices are due within 5 business days of issue.

Revisions

Provider includes one round of minor revisions (color adjustments, slight design tweaks) after delivery preview. Additional revisions are $50/hour.

File Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, Client receives ownership of all vector files and may use them for any personal or commercial purpose. Provider retains the right to use the final work as a portfolio example (with Client permission requested but not required).

Limitations

• Client is responsible for providing clear project specifications and logo files
• Provider is not liable for misunderstandings regarding color, style, or technical requirements
• Refunds are not issued after work has begun

Termination

If Client cancels after deposit is received and work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If Provider is unable to complete work, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Agreement

By submitting payment, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.
